Every day with plants brings small moments of discovery.

When we look closely, we sometimes notice shapes we had never realized before, and sometimes marvel at how freely they can transform.

Even when carefully tended, some plants weaken easily, while others grow with surprising strength without much attention.
Even when they are dried, they remain beautiful, and we often feel a quiet presence of life within them.

In this exhibition, we use only dried plants and flowers.
Inspired by the creativity and vitality inherent in the plants themselves, we brought artworks to life, delighting in the diverse expressions they reveal.

Based on our own assumptions, we often find ourselves deciding,
“This is what it is.”
or
“This has come to an end.”

Yet, they kindly remind us that the world we each inhabit can endlessly grow and shift with every new discovery.

Even after the artworks are completed, discoveries will surely continue.

As each viewer changes, what can be seen may also quietly change.

植物と日々向き合っていると、
ふとした瞬間に発見があります。

実はこんな姿をしていたんだ。
こんなに変幻自在な形をするのか。
そんなふうに、植物はときに予想もしない姿を見せることがあります。

大切に水をあげていたのに、
すぐに弱ってしまったり、
ほったらかしていても、
驚くほどたくましく育っていたり。

枯れてもなお美しく、どこかに生命を感じたりもします。

今回の展示では、
すべてドライの植物を使用した作品を展示しています。
植物と向き合い、彼らが見せるさまざまな姿や表情を楽しみながら制作しました。

私たちはつい、
「これはこういうものだ」
「もう終わった」
と自らの基準で決めてしまいます。

けれど、植物がときどき私たちの想像を超え、新しい見方を与えてくれるように、
私たちの見えているそれぞれの世界は、新しい発見によって限りなく広がっていくのかもしれません。

作品が完成したあとも、
発見はきっと終わりません。

見る人が変われば、
そこに見えるものも少しずつ変わるはずだからです。
